Booking any one of our courses is subject to the following terms and conditions:

LCE will endeavour to notify the attendees about cancellations, postponements and amendments to the course with as much notice as reasonably possible.
In the event of cancelling a course, attendees will be offered alternative course dates or a full refund.
On successful completion of your course you will be awarded with a Certificate of attendance from LCE Training Academy. You can expect to receive this within 3-5 working days of your course completion date.
In the event that you may need a replacement copy of your certificate then a fee of €10.00 will be charged (includes postage).
Attendees shall comply with all applicable health and safety legislation and codes of practice in the LCE Training Academy.
Room booking enquiries can be made over the phone or by emailing info@LCE.ie and a booking form will be sent out to confirm the room reservation.
The booking from should outline the following details:
Room hire bookings should be confirmed at the latest, 24 –hours prior to start date in order to finalise numbers. This applies in particular to the hot lunch options so that we can ensure the food preference for your group.
Room bookings can only be held for a maximum of 48 hrs without a PO or payment in advance – after 48 hrs we can no longer guarantee your booking
Sign in sheets are available on request – please let us know if you need one.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Although LCE is continually monitoring our network for security threats, we would like to remind all attendees that our Guest Wi-Fi is shared, and that each attendee should ensure that they have adequate protection on their own devices before connecting to the shared network. LCE will not be liable for loss or damage of data and/or hardware arising data transmissions received via the shared network, and provide no guarantee against threats that may be transmitted on the shared network.

LCE will endeavour to resolve an disputes in a fair manner within a reasonable time-frame. Any complaints that may arise should be directed to LCE at the email info@LCE.ie, or alternatively by post to our main office address found here. LCE will review the complaint and issue an appropriate response by your original message method on a case by case basis.
Should the dispute remain unresolved, consumers within the European Union have access to the Online Dispute Resolution Service, a single point of contact for all trading disputes both domestic and cross border. The EU Online Dispute Resolution Service can be found here.
