Fire wardens play an important role in reducing the risk and impact of fires. Our training course provides the knowledge and skills to enable them to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
This course is designed provide nominated fire wardens with the skills and knowledge to effectively and safely perform their role by allowing them to contribute to the reduction in fires and to reduce the impact of fires if they occur.
Under Section 11 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, every employer must prepare an emergency plan and appoint staff to put it into action. Those appointed staff are your fire wardens, and they must be trained for the role.
Our course prepares these nominated fire wardens in day to day prevention, emergency action and the common types of equipment used in the role.

Upon successful completion of the course, delegates will receive a Certificate of Attendance which is valid for three years.
